- Define and execute a forward-looking IT and SaaS strategy
- Lead and develop the teams for Internal Systems, Production Systems, and Operations
- Expand a robust global 24/7 operations model with reliable support structures
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Information Security, the CTO, and international teams
- Ensure stable system operations through effective monitoring, automation, and tooling
- Drive governance, cost transparency, and ISMS compliance
- Manage external partners including contracts and license models in the SaaS ecosystem
Desired qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable role, ideally with a focus on SaaS—or a strong desire to grow into it
- Deep expertise in IT operations: infrastructure, procurement, setup, monitoring, and vendor management
- Strong grasp of modern cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP a plus), network and server infrastructures
- Experience with scalable, high-availability IT systems
- Analytical mindset paired with a pragmatic, solution-driven leadership style
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage

Salary range
Between EUR 6,000 and EUR 9,000 gross/month (on full-time basis) according to qualifications and experience.
