Software Commissioning Engineer (m/f/x)

Your future role

After comprehensive training, you will gradually take on tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle:

Step 1 – Configuration: At the company headquarter, you will receive specifications on which you will base your concepts and implement them in a test environment.

Step 2 – Commissioning: On-site at the customer’s location, you will install and test the software, commission the entire system, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Step 3 – Implementation: During the implementation phase, you will support the customer with training, conduct further tests, and accompany the final steps during the go-live.

Step 4 – Follow-up: Back at the office, you will handle project follow-up and hand over the project to the customer service team.

Desired qualifications

• Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University, or equivalent) in the field of IT/software
• Initial experience with common technologies is an advantage, such as C++, Java, C#, PL/SQL, Oracle, Linux, etc.
• Passion for technically complex implementations and sophisticated software solutions
• Willingness to travel internationally, up to approximately 50% per year
