Strategic Software Security Specialist (f/m/d)

Your future role

Would you like to play a strategic role at the interface of technology, security and international cooperation? In this responsible role, you will advise management on software-related security issues, promote global standardization and support the further development of secure software processes in an international environment. Your tasks:

• Strategic consulting in relation to company-wide security guidelines in the software area
• Support in the development and global harmonization of security standards and practices
• Responsibility for the introduction, monitoring and further development of security-relevant processes and guidelines
• Close cooperation with various specialist departments to review and approve projects and products with regard to software security

Desired qualifications

• Degree or comparable qualification in IT, software development or information security
• Several years of experience in the field of secure software development and complex environments in IT
• Familiarity with common security standards and best practices
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with different stakeholders
• Strategic thinking, sense of responsibility and very good communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German an advantage
