Your future role
- Technical and personnel management of a 4-person team
- Coaching and mentoring of the team as well as further development of the entire software development process
- Co-design of the software architecture for a new product
- Interface between developers and customers
- Technologies: Java, Quarkus, React, DynamoDB, AWS Cloud
- Tools such as Kubernetes, Jenkins and Keycloak
Desired qualifications
- Completed IT education (HTL, Uni, FH)
- Experience in a lead position and the successful implementation of software development projects
- Several years of experience in software development with Java
- Communicative, empathic personality with leadership skills and strong quality awareness
- Very good command of English
